Method
- Take maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sieve all of this into a large mixing bowl.
- Add Bugiri Sugar into the flour mix.
- Pour 1 ½ cups of milk and melted butter into the mixture. Whisk it well to remove lumps and make the batter.
- Heat a pan and pour a ladle full of pancake batter onto it.
- Simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
- Flip over the pancake and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Finally garnish the pancakes with whipped cream and flavoured syrup.
- Serve hot!
