Method
- Take maida and add baking powder to it. Sieve the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Add Bugiri Sugar into the flour mix.
- Pour the melted butter, milk and lemon juice into the mixture.
- Add 1 cup of water and vanilla essence to the mixture and whisk it well to make a smooth batter.
- Grease the plate of the waffle maker.
- Pour a ladle full of batter into the waffle maker. Close the lid and let it cook for a few minutes.
- Remove the crisp waffle.
- Garnish it with whipped cream, mixed berries, honey or toppings of your choice.
- Serve hot!
